HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

After you complete the enquiry form, we will contact you to arrange a quick ‘Get to Know You’ call. During this conversation, we will discuss your vision, the deliverables, the timeframe and expectations.

This is a very casual chat with no obligations, just an opportunity to build the relationship.

After our chat, I’ll send over a project proposal with everything we’ve agreed on, the deliverables, quote, and all that good stuff, just for your approval.

You’ll also receive a detailed questionnaire to help me really dig into the direction you’re envisioning.

Once you’re happy with the proposal, sign the contract, and pay a 50% deposit to get things rolling. (We can’t kick off without that part!)

Once the formalities are sorted, it's straight into the design studio for me! My design process kicks off by meticulously reviewing all your answers from the questionnaire. This isn't just a guide, it's the foundation for generating those initial creative concepts. From there, I'll handpick the concept I'm most confident will truly nail your brand's essence, and that's the one I'll reveal to you.

This stage is all about your input! It's your chance to provide feedback, suggest any adjustments, or ask for revisions. We'll work closely to ensure the design evolves into exactly what you’ve been envisioning, making sure every detail is spot on.

Once I've applied revisions and feedback from the previous stage, I'll craft a comprehensive presentation to walk you through the entire design process, sharing the 'why' behind every decision and how we got to this point. It's a real peek behind the curtain!

This is your final chance for any minor tweaks before we put a bow on it. So, it is crucial you take your time, give it some thoughtful consideration, and let's make sure everything is absolutely perfect!

Once you give the final design your stamp of approval, I'll send over the invoice for the remaining 50%. As soon as that's taken care of, I'll package up all your design files in a neat, organised folder, ready for you to use!

But don't worry, I’m not disappearing! A couple of months down the line, I’ll check in with you to make sure everything is running smoothly and see if there’s anything else I can help with.
